Production capacity of infusion solutions - 24 million containers per year. It allows to satisfy 20% of Russian demand for infusion solutions. The shop's product range includes more than 170 drug names, such as:

• Sodium Chloride solution (0.9%);
• Glucose solution (5, 10 and 20%);
• Ringer's solution;
• Chlorhexidine;
• Amino capronic acid;
• Sterile distilled water etc.

   

  The solutions are available in double vacuum polymer packaging in volumes of 50, 100, 200, 250, 400, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 3,500, 4,000, 4,500 and 5,000 ml.

  Since 2010, the plant has its own production of primary packages for infusion solutions. The unique Netherland equipment allows producing PVC bags varying both by volume (50 to 5,000 ml) and the number and type of welded ports: twist-off, injection port, Luer port, special types of solution ports for hemodialysis and hemofiltration, etc.

  Since 2015, complex infusion solutions have been manufactured, including BayerAG contrast media.

  The shop is fully automated. The products come in bags of multilayer PP film, which is our own production too; the volume ranges between 100 and 3,000 ml.

  Since 2020, solutions of sterile anticoagulants and hemo-preservatives for automatic apheresis have been produced: ACD-A; CPD-50; SAG-M; PAGGSM; Glycerol 57,1%; Sodium chloride 0,9% with glucose 0,2%; Sodium chloride 12%; Sodium citrate 4%; Trombosol. Solutions for automatic apheresis are available in double vacuum polymer packaging with a volume from 100 to 2500 ml. The production capacity allows 100% to satisfy the current demand in Russia for these solutions.

  Technological advantages of Medsintez Plant infusion solutions

  • The infusion solutions are produced in plastic bags made of soft polyvinyl chloride. The bags are handy, can withstand freezing and have long shelf life of up to two years.
  • They have two ports: one for injecting drugs, the other for connecting an infusion system (with a metal or plastic needle).
  • The infusion system connection port is easy to open and remains sterile, as it has an internal sterile membrane (to avoid the risk of contamination with dirty hands). Once the needle is introduced, the infusion system is held in place, and the solution leakage is impossible.
  • The drug injection port is made of latex and can withstand repeated puncturing with a syringe needle.
  • The bag with an infusion solution is inside a secondary sterile, plastic, vacuum packaging. Easy to remove. When you open the primary packaging, the solution bag remains sterile, which makes it possible to use the solution bag without any risk of infection in: maternity hospitals, surgery rooms, intensive care units, manipulation rooms, hemodialysis rooms and newborn departments, where strict observance of sanitary, hygienic and anti-epidemic norms is required.
  • Empty bags (as medical waste) are disposed of; they take little space and are biodegradable.
  • The fact that the design and technological support for the infusion solution production meets the international GMP standard's levels is confirmed by a conclusion on the compliance with the On Medicines Federal Act.
